SHED APPROVALS

In Queensland the Building Regulation allows sheds under 10m² to be built without building approval, however this concession only applies in 'non-cyclonic' areas. In saying that, we operate in many 'cyclonic' areas such as Mareeba, Cairns and the Tablelands and therefore a building approval is required before commencement of construction.
